hey internet! questions!
i've just joined a gym! hurrah!
i wouldnt say i'm fit.
but i'm not completely unfit.
my main excerise is walking
i run & hike on the the weekend.
so! exercise questions for the masses!
has anyone done rpm/studio cycle classes before?
the fact that it can burn 800 calories is a bit scary....
is it insanely brutal?
will i pass out/die?
also, pump/body pump classes?
my upper body strength is dying, and i need to get it back...
a lady at work said this class is great, but she is fairly buff
how brutal is it?
