(no subject)
SO this week has been decent. Wednesday, Erica decided that it was time to do a formal evaluation of my teaching and overall it went pretty well. I mean, she didn't give me any horrible criticism. Thank god. She did however give me a bunch of advice and it really seemed to help. She had me sit down and write an actual reflection on how things went in block 4 and I really tore myself apoart over it. But she read through it and made so many great comments on how to make things better. Today was really refreshing because while I was teaching, she wrote me a bunch of little stickies saying that she liked certain activities and at the end of the day I found a little note card that she had written, telling me that I did a fantastic job today and how proud she was of me. It really made me feel so much better about everything that I have been learning these last few months.
Today after school/spanish, I was talking with Suzanne, just letting her know everything that happened in her class today and she looks at me and says...wow you look tired. Haha and I was like thank you for telling me I look like crap :-P It was pretty hilarious. I friggin love my cooperating teachers. they're such great people.
So today I had a project due in my Spanish 2 class and I told Erica yesterday...I bet you a million dollars, these two students wont have their projects tomorrow when it's due. Sure enough in they both walk and they say...yeah um we don't have them. I almost laughed in their faces. It was quite hilarious. After school i walked up to Erica and I was like "I told you so!!!" Love it :-P
Anyway, that is all for now, I'm so happy it's Friday tomorrow!!!
