AN: I heard the line in Community season 5 and had to do the crossover.
As they stood watching the fire on the lawn of the small community college somewhere in Colorado, on a request relayed through the usual channels (or so Dean says), Sam sighed with the satisfaction of an easy job well done.
Taking a quick side glance at Dean, he motioned to go back to the main building on campus to tell, what's her name, Annie that the ghost terrorizing campus was gone, the missing hand caused by a weird food court accident was salted and burned and thus had severed all ties to the campus.
It was good, and Sam could tell Dean was content as well, until...
Someone, or something, bizarre ran past, all white and ghostly and well, weird. Dean startled and without looking back, ran after it.
Before Sam could react properly, he saw Annie streak past screaming, "No, wait, that's just our mascot!"
