Thank you!! That might be my favorite line, but it's so specific, I wasn't sure it was going to work. Thank you for reviewing! And I should be posting chapter two later today, if all goes well. :)

Oh God I love you. As a librarian I've delivered that speech more times than I can count. And while I don't think it's the end of the world to not have 24 hour libraries, I love how you use that to make a lot of great points about libraries and librarians.

Thanks for writing :)

I love you too! I mean, it's not too early in our relationship to say that, right?

I think every librarian has done that speech more times than they can count. I think I did it during the Valentine's Day episode because it unnerved me that Abed did not know the value of libraries. But I digress.

I'm with the librarians though. 24 hours is a bit much. (Sorry, Annie.)

Thank you so much!!! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far!

Not at all! I'm glad I wasn't the only one to say it, I didn't want to be that girl, you know?

And yes I think so too.

That was really cute! But I wonder if you meant that Mariah looked apoplectic, rather than apocalyptic?

Three cheers for libraries!

I did mean apoplectic!! Oh man, thank you for pointing it out!

Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray!!

I wonder if I can put this story on my resume???

Best not. No one at work knows I write fanfic.

HAH, great Abed "zinger" at the end. Did you mean to say the "Jetsons" and their apartment in the sky? I appreciate that you're using your personal experience and expertise as a librarian in this story. It's so tough be able to re-create the rhythm of Community's ensemble dialogue, but you've done all right. I love the nod to Pierce's one-liners that always involve his exploits with women. I also love that Abed mentions his knowledge of sitcoms (as Troy said, "Abed knows everything ( ... )

Hurray!!! I'm so glad Abed's "zinger" is working. It's one of my favorite lines, but one of the ones I was most worried about.

I meant the Jeffersons: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Jeffersons

My trouble is, I can't turn the librarian off. Which was a challenge to insert it into the story without letting it dominate. I needed it to exist as a plot point only. Otherwise, it sounded too much like my homework.

Thank you so much for your review!! The feedback has been lovely; I was so nervous to post!
