Is your japanese friend 100% sure about it or not..? O_o xD By the love of god, I CANNOT understand "いきなり振られた" clearly, I just listened to it in full volumne a few times!! I only understand something like "Iikeafureta" (Ikea lol) I understand more like "溢れた" instead of "振られた", don't ask me why. I looked in a dictionary because of 振られた, and it says "to be given the cold shoulder; to be jilted; to be rejected; to be dumped", in all 3 online dictionaries I looked up (german one incl.). O_o But: Hizumi: Suddenly you got dumped. Karyu: Because of the red feeling like red wine.. I am fine. My minds suddenly: (.....Red..red...LOVE!?) As you know maybe, Karyu seemed to be in love the past months with everyone xD
But yeah, I understand now 赤ワインのようなetc. and as well なんかそういう世界観わかるよ (I typed こういう but after sending the comment I recognized I made a typo, and I simply forgot なんか). But 世界観分かるよ is now understandable. "はい、おかげさまで。" = Gosh. xD What I am reading from his lips I am understanding 大丈夫です ...I cannot hear anything..おかげさまで is the last thing I would have thought of.. Do you understand everything now?
In terms of the fc video for paris, I asked a japanese friend to translate for me at the point where Karyu is tipping on Tsukasa shoulder to say something. He is then talking about the Arc of Triomphe, that they/he want to go there (but Karyu interrupts him by saying さようなら after 怒とう勢い already）. This is the only thing I can give you. xDDD
She used to do video translations, so she's pretty sure about it. I hear 溢れた more than 振られた too but I'm going to trust her on it. XD;;
I don't know if English is your native language but いきなり振られた could Hizumi saying like "Suddenly, rejected!" It's really slang-y and I don't know if that's what he means. If he meant it the way I think, Hizumi's just saying something like "you're not gonna answer, are you?" Your translation of it makes more sense though, especially once you think of the love thing. XDD
My computer goes really loud, so I turned up the volume very high and I can just hear him say おかげさまで I do! Thank you again for your help. m(_ _)m
I love how Karyu gets Tsukasa to talk then decided "okay, we're done. Bye~ *leaves*" XDD

どうも～～♪ 気になったから、昨日別の日本人に聞いたんです。笑
って事で、歪さんが本当に「いきなり振られた」と言ってます。（友達にビデオを見せたら、アタシにも急に聞こえるようになったし。なんてこと！！涙）. 友達によると、英語での翻訳は「suddenly it is your turn！」のはずだそうです。 「振る」と言う動詞の意味は英語で「give somebody the turn, to put a person into a position to speak」、「話を振る」と言うのは普通だそうです。 私の辞書には何も書いてなくて何も見つけられなかったけれど、こう言う表現はなんか新しいらしいです・・
