*sweeps his hair back behind his shoulders then fixes it into a smart pony tail*
Alright, no scars today. I deserve some face time without having to actually resemble Greyback's chewtoy.

*blinks at him from across the room, then approaches quietly, unconsciously patting at the dark curls of her hair*

*stops just short of him, shoulders firming*

*clears her throat and starts again, cheeks flushing lightly*
You're Bill Weasley. Aren't you?

*straightens up from where he's leaning against the wall and grins at her*
I am indeed.

*bows slightly*
And who do I have the pleasure of addressing?

*a bit flustered*
I'm- Penny. Penny Clearwater.

*shyly offers her hand to shake*

*grin softens to a charming smile*
Penny. You went with Percy. I can assure you that I'm nothing like him.
*winks at her*

*takes her hand and bows over it, kissing it softly, lingering just a few seconds too long before straightening again*

*blinks at the wink*

*softly, as he kisses her hand and her blush deepens even more*

The other BIll and you what? Is there some lovely sordid story you wish to tell me? In detail? Or could I merely convince you that there wasn't another Bill?

*holds her hand still but speaks softer*

*drops her gaze, giggling softly*
I wanted to say hello and... I wasn't sure how different you were from the other Bill I knew.

Pity. I could have used a fantastically naughty story from such beautiful lips. Clearly the other Bill was a bit of a fool.

Um...apparently Ted has decided to both act as though he knows EVERYONE and also sort of flirt with them. *shrugs*

*grins at him*
Do you have panties to toss? I have a collection, you know.

*holds his empty hands up sadly* Not with me, I'm afraid. Didn't think I'd need them, what with the wearing denims and all.
Have you really got a collection? Are they pinned up like butterflies?

No pants at all then?

No. Not pinned up. My wife wouldn't be amused by that. It's a pity really, since most of my collection were hers at some point.

One way or the other, they're certainly not going to be panties. Those are only something to wear under dresses. *catches himself* Which happens only on very special occasion. And when bets are lost.

*grins* Yeah, not to mention it would make for really awkward wall-hangings. How'd you feel walking into a house to see large canvasses covered in carefully tacked-up panties?

Well, I know I shouldn't wear red ones, for starters. I show up once, just once, didn't make a habit out of it or anything, in a red dress. And I never hear the end of it.

In pinks? Really? I...don't know if that's a colour I'd want to wake up to every morning. Ours is white. White and blue. *shrugs* We're pretty boring.
