You may be identical, Fred, but I can tell you two apart.

And there's no trickery involved. That's what you do, isn't it?

Well, you'll not get either present until I know who it is I'm giving it to, so there.

*laughs and rubs the side of his face in another very Georgish way*

*crosses her arms, brows raised*
And I suppose you expect me to just believe that. I got you two completely different presents, and you're not getting both by switching names around, and --

*laughs* But he doesn't really need any presents. If you give me both, I can be happy enough for both of us.

I'm willing to bet that you two have some sort of difference somewhere that you've not shared. I wonder what that could be. A patch of freckles on your arse that he doesn't have, perhaps? Or the other way around?
