How are you? I’m GREAT!
Even with Mum’s Howler, it’s been a great day! Actually, because of the Howler it’s been a great day! I made a friend! His name is Ted Tonks and he’s in Ravenclaw. He didn’t think my Howler was bad at all. In fact, he said it was the BEST one he’s ever heard! And now he’s going to teach me how to be a secret agent! He practised all summer, so he’s going to show me how to do secret agent stuff, like picking locks and being debonare debonair!
Plus, I had time to explore the grounds today (not the Forbidden Forest, in case Mum asks) and I saw these amazing flowers called amaryllis. Lessons have been pretty interesting, too! I’ve studied Potions a lot today. I’ve even been studying Potions in the library. (You can tell Mum that part, okay?)
Well, it’s time for me to go! I’m heading to the owlery to send you this letter and then it’s time for dinner! Yippee!
