I was listening to a tape of yours with JELLY BELLY and Je Suis Sublime on it this morning, marvellous. Where did you get Je Suis Sublime from anyway?

"jelly belly"? eek! i worry now that i have no idea what that is... eeek! am confused!

"je suis sublime" comes from a vinyl collection of french pop i bought in oxfam in nottingham. that i do know. "ye ye girls" or something? it's tiptoptastic and has a french bird sitting on a table while the rolling stones hide underneath it

being as it is part of my vinyl collection i doubt i'll see it in a hurry :-(

Argh! I wrote a comment to this but it hasn't posted, ah well. Jelly Belly is another freakbeat kinda thing about bellydancing, complete with plummy voiceover from Mr 1950s Voiceover Man at the start.

yeah but the problem with sexy nurses singing detective style is i'd have to keep having the ruddy song and dance routines which would put me right off...

can't add mozilla as this is a works computer... i may try at home though. but that might also be just asking for trouble

No, really. Mozilla is much cooler--and it's not just the pop-up blocking. Try it and see if you don't get addicted to tabbed browsing. :-) Also, unlike Microsoft, these people actually fix their bugs and find ways to fix the gaping holes in Windows' security.

i mean asking for trouble in as much as it means me having to do something technical with a computer. which is asking for trouble. in every way (i am a disaster area)

No worries; Firefox is incredibly easy to install and won't bite you or anything.

I'll second the endorsement for Mozilla. I use their browser and e-mail program, and both are far superior to Microsoft's products. They're easy to install as well (the mail program is a bit complicated in terms of entering your client details, etc. But not a mental challenge, either). The Mozilla browser includes a fine option which supresses all pop-ups.

Mozilla is The Right Thing as far as web-browsing goes.
BTW the only thing I've ever found that works on my psoriasis is vitamin E. Get hold of a load of gelcaps, squeeze the liquid out and rub it into the inflamed area. Doesn't noticeably reduce the inflammation, but it *does* significantly reduce the itching.
The icthopaste stuff might well actually *be* fishpaste. There are a lot of oils in fish that are high in vitamin E, and fish-oils are good for the skin...
