So here's the thing about Gamzee's religion: it's a giant red herring. A masterfully-crafted one, but a red herring nonetheless. It's setting the reader up to think ok wow, somehow this dude knows that the Insane Clown Posse is going to be a thing in a universe that doesn't exist yet. But no not at all. The paradise planet part is a little confusing to me, I'm not sure how it fits in.
