well i've gotten next to no sleep since the boys across the hall wanted to stay up drinking all night, leaving their apartment door open the entire time so that i could hear every drunken word (of which there were many) which they spokeyelledlaughedscreamed. in the US this would only be done by the intentionally rudest people but in Korea i believe that many people are genuinely that clueless. it baffles me.
