yes, the Greek comedian - he had all those Greek politicians mentioned in his plays and sometimes modelled his characters after real people (like Lysistrata was based on the priestess of Athena Lysimache), and when he was feeling VERY NAUGHTY he'd make REAL PEOPLE as characters (usually fellow playwriters like Agathon and Euripides)

so, you do something similar by making RL fans into actors in your 'play' - well, story, in this case :)
