People I have known booked them and it wasn't much and I thought about booking them but I didn't have money.. I never thought of them being money bags.
On their current tour they had a show booked but didn't want any local bands to play because it would take from their payout of the show.
The show was in Louisville, my buddies band is the band on the bill and the promotor just told them too bad. Said thats not how we do things In L'ville.
Maybe they are just tight wads about their guarantees when they are on tour. But it was pretty dumb to say the least.
it's actually that.. it's the Jade Tree Tour... only Jade Tree bands are playing.. . .I don't think it has to do with money bags or whatever it's just the Jade Tree tour and to show awarence about how crutial voting this year is..
Then again I could be wrong.. but I honestly think it's because Pait it Black, From Ashes Rise, and Challenger are playing with them.. if you go to Jade Tree's site you will see the 'Jade Tree' tour...
Even when they are money hogs about the shows they play.
