Is the inspiration squad application only open to US residents or can people from overseas apply?

we have never had anyone apply, but i think that you should! lets see what you come up with. the shipping and handling fees on the kits would be a little more than what it would be for US Residents, but we would love to get your application and possibly have you join us!
