Here are some more layouts that i did with the upcoming September kit from Commit 2 Paper. like the layouts that i posted the other day, these are also part of the wedding album that i am working on for the 82 year old mother of a good friend.

i painted the little swirl chipboard from bazzill with some acryllic paint... it was burgundy but i also added a little cream to make it match the general feel of the paper.

for this one i used patterned paper to cover the chipboard. i like it well enough but up close you can still see imperfection and i am not so keen on the thought of visible imperfections in my albums or my layouts.

again, this one has patterned paper over the chipboard...

and a close up of the knot work.

one of the patterned papers comes with a gorgeous quasi fleur d lis on it and its nice enough, but how many different ways can you work that paper into an album? so i filled it with bling.

and a close up

and then i wanted to use it again... and i filled the designs with stickles to give it a different splash of bling.

and a close up

thanks for looking. as always, feedback and comments appreciated. Layout count for 2008: 451 YTD layout count for 2009: 389, 390, 391, 392, 393, 394
