apparently i like these folded paper flowers. again, i am faced with how to store such a thick layout but the whole thing is quite beautiful... and i think i will worry about storage just to enjoy the look of the folded flowers... i truly do like them that much.
this layout is quite special to me and illustrates and exercise that i did the other day.... a book burning to help let go of some of the hurtful things that i have thought over the years.... with the help of my husband, i burned 12 full journals... i dont regret it. it was quite the cathartic experience.
and a close up of that edge treatment and the transparancy topped with a prima flower.
when i scrapbook, i do not like to leave pages incomplete. this is a prime example of why. when i dont finish my pages and i stop midway... i tend to lose my train of thought and i derail my creative mojo. this layout started out much better than it ended up. i blame it on having to put it away for a few days due to a hectic schedule.
thanks for looking. as always, feedback and comments appreciated.
