LJ name change. It was necessary. My old name was from 4 years ago. Also, I'm done doing the friends-only crap, unless I post something that is actually personal
I'm having a hard time finding appartments in Savannah to look at when I go up in a few days. This worries me, but not too much. I'm sure I'll find somewhere. I'm NOT living in another dorm, damn it. For the inquiring minds, I was actually rejected (in a rather untimely fashion) fom that other school I was trying to transfer to (and yet I got into one of the currently hottest art schools in the country... go figure.)
Today I watched Pitch Black. I know it's supposed to be suspenceful or scary, but it's just fucking hilarious. I love that man. He is the asskickingest.
Las Ladronas is coming along well. I will get a website up and get the first chapter up likely some time next month. It will be the awesomest pirate comic ever.
I talked to Savanna for over an hour today and it was lovely and the first time I had talked to he outside of LJ in probably about a year. We bitched about the decline of American animation. I do not intend to go that long again without my Sabiko fix.
I'm attempting to get caught up on Infinite Crisis. So far, I have read the 3-issue Teen Titans/Young Justice Graduation Day mini. 3 issues down, 2 years of DC continuity to go. I hate myself, but I am determined.
I just attempted to read the wost fanfic ever with good grammar (it got enough attention on FW a while back and I got curious and then I was playing on the Wiki and finally give in). I need some Sparrington or something to fix that. Jayce? If you're out there with suggestions, I'm open. I would settle for some Harry Potter slash, too, but I just tried to read a Snape/Hermione fic because I hate myself/was curious and I want to read something where the characters are similar in age I'm really sick of Snarry for the time being. I honestly might just be sick of HP fandom. I had been fo a while and was about to start getting back into it when I read the Ms Scibe story. (Kat the younger, you may want to read this in case you haven't been checking JournalFen while you're partially away and I know Leah also enjoys when I point her to the occassional fandom trainwreck http://www.journalfen.net/users/charlottelennox/784.html in fact, anyone into fandom may be amused and horrified if they haven't already seen this amazing sockpuppet spectacle.)

I miss gaming. I miss Shadowrun, because I can't shoot two pistols six times in two seconds in real life, but I could as Drew (I could also slide down a ramp on my socks with a firehose tied around my waist so that I'll stop just before the spikes at the bottom. Damn that was a fucking awesome game. Also, Serenity alost died and it wasn't my fault for once. Was it Ender's? Was her name Ender yet? Damn it, stop changing your names, hackers, snipers and fugitives [And I don't even know *what* Sil classified as... psychotic Native American con artist?] >_>. Damn, I never got to kill my mother or get killed by my father, the robot-zombie... *rambles on more*). Drew was the shit. Futhermore, I miss Vampire. I'm going to miss staffing the Requiem game. I was having a lot of fun with it. Also, I still miss Elliott's fucking Firefly game, but that was over a year ago, so I should really get over it... I just miss playing Ping (and frustrating Stavros and Leah and making Dan babysit my drunken character)
