So long since my last real update, I'm not too sure why I'm updating at this time. Bored I guess. And everyone loves that wacky party game, procrastination! Perfect for a small get together or a large party!
The teachers are on strike. It’s been like this for more than a week now. Looks like it will be two weeks and then some. Although I heard that they've brought in a mediator, nothing is confirmed, and this has been going on (the dispute) for 12 years with no change, so I don’t know how this will help.
I don’t really mind the strike, except that I’m missing Japanese, and I like that class, and I get rusty really quick. Like some easily rusting metal in salt water.
I've been a real dead beat with volunteering lately. I haven’t done shit, although I’m volunteering Friday, and probably Thursday too. But not for the last 2 weeks really.
I got a letter today asking me to fill out a survey for PETA, but it was the second time for the same survey. I thought that was wrong. If this is how they get their stats, WTF?!
But it had a dime and address stickers, so I though, hey, cool!
My brother got two kittens. But we got rid of Stella. I didn't want to really, but I knew it was coming when my mom first brought her home.
Glory popped her inner tube thingy today, but I got a new one, but almost $14. Pizzed.
But I’m getting my social insurance number, so I hope to apply for a part time job. Cash galore.
My Lego city has grown like a fucka, and its crazy. I love it. I rent historical movies from the library downtown, and then watch them while building. I’m such a loser, its hilarious. At least I think I’m a loser. Although, I love what I do, so I’m a winner.
Funny anecdote. I was in Japanese, and Mr. Thumm was explaining what a version of play meant, and he said that this was a more adult form, that if you asked someone to come over and play with this version, it would be a more mature thing, not like asking someone to play with action figures, or dolls or...LEGO!
I was gonna speak up, but then decided it would be pointless. But I feel that’s enough evidence to consider my self a loser. But a winner all the same! Nora Bancroft for COH President!
I got the coolest chicken figurine today, for 2 bucks. Its really cool I think.
I'm probably gonna be moving soon. Can’t afford the house thanks to my dad moving out and my mom’s crazy spending, or so I hear. O well, just a house. But I really like my room, and I HATE moving my stuff. I mean, I love putting it back together, but I mean, GOD, its just so annoying putting all my shit in boxes. Ugg. And then I don’t wanna switch classes mid semester.
