Hi! I’m brumeier, and this week we’re going to be filling themes using 100 words or any multiple of 100. Today’s theme is KIDS, anything and everything about being or raising a kid!

Stargate Atlantis, Any, an influx of refugee children floods Atlantis

Crying children spilled into the gate room. Wraith blaster fire exploded after them. AR-7 arrived on their heels, automatic weapons blazing.

The gate shut down.

“What are we going to do with them?” Woolsey asked.

Lorne tapped his radio. “Initiate the Annie Protocol.”

Woolsey turned to him. “What?”

“Like Little Orphan Annie,” Sheppard said.

Lorne barked orders, for Marines to arrange sleeping pallets in a common room, for chemists to get dish soap from the kitchen for a bubble gun.

Major Benjamin trotted up the steps, a toddler on his hip. “Where’s Torren? These kids could use a friendly face.”

Marvel Cinematic Universe, Steve Rogers/Bucky Barnes, finding a baby on their doorstep

“Grab the paper, will you?” Steve is fixing breakfast.

Bucky, sleepy, kisses him hello and wanders out to the front step.

Steve almost has breakfast done when he realizes - Bucky never came back.

“Buck?”

Steve heads for the front step.

Bucky is holding a basket full of blankets - and a sleeping baby.

Bucky’s eyes are wide and terrified. “What do we do?”

Steve fumbles in the pocket of his robe for his Starkphone. “Friday, call - Clint.”

“Clint?” Bucky echoes.

“Clint has kids.”

“Shouldn’t we call the cops?”

“Clint first. We need to get her inside and make sure she’s okay.”

Aww! I can see Bucky just standing outside with the baby in the basket, frozen in terror. LOL! I like that Steve's first call is to Clint. Daddy cred. ::nods::
