He was in LA for gods sake. He should at least be out checking out the clubs, maybe doing a little partying but the aforementioned threat of doing anything stupid hung over his head. Tony didn’t even notice the other man approach until a new beer was set in front of him.
“This seat taken?” It was more of a growl than anything and Tony found himself not minding when he shook his head and instead of sliding into the booth across from him, the man slid in next to him. “Eliot.”
“Tony.” Tony reached for the new beer. “Thanks.”
“No problem. You look like you could use it.”
“You have no idea.” Tony groaned in appreciation as he took a long swallow and fought down a shiver as Eliot gave him a not so discreet once over. Tony returned the favor and let his own eyes wander. The man sitting next to him screamed dominance in a way that had Tony wanting to bare his throat. Or go down on his knees.
“So I take it you’re not here for pleasure?” Eliot smirked a little mockingly and Tony got the feeling that Eliot knew exactly what he was doing to him.
“Business. LEO conference.” Which Tony didn’t want to think about.
“You’re a fed.” Eliot drawled giving him another once over with distinct approval. Tony raised his eyebrows. It had been a while since his job had gotten that reaction from someone as distinctly alpha as this man.
“That turn you on?” Tony asked playfully. Eliot shrugged as if it didn’t matter one way or the other.
“I like a man that can take care of himself.” Tony knew how to read between the lines.
“That can protect himself you mean.” Eliot gave a little nod in response to his observation. Tony met the other man’s eyes. “From you?”
Eliot’s eyes shone dark and Tony knew that the feeling he got when he first met this man was completely accurate. He knew that Eliot could hurt him, could break him and he had nothing but Eliot’s words telling him that he wouldn’t. But Tony also knew that what was on offer was something that he could never refuse. Not when Eliot was everything he’d ever wanted in a lover.
As if he knew what Tony was thinking, Eliot slid closer into Tony’s personal space bracing one hand on the wall behind Tony’s head and placing the other directly on the bulge in Tony’s lap.
“You sure about this?” The question was said directly into his ear and accompanied with a squeeze and Tony was only barely able to contain his moan. He nodded once he could think again and glanced around the room but no one seemed to be paying any attention to them. “No one’s watching us.” Eliot said in response to the look, licking along the shell of Tony’s ear. Tony tilted his head back with a gasp.
“Maybe that’s the problem.” This time Tony was certain he heard the other man growl and he was suddenly pulled to his feet guided toward to the door. Tony gave a little huff of amusement, “I should’ve known you wouldn’t like to share.”
When they got outside Eliot let go of Tony, stepping away as if to give him one last out. In the moonlight Tony looked the other man over noticing the brief flash of yellow as Eliot looked back. The only thing that Tony was certain of as he stepped forward was that Gibbs was going to shoot him when he found out about this.
