Mod Post & Contest Announcement
Next week is our Lonely Prompt Challenge week. Your mods are still ironing out the details, but I want you to start thinking about it.
So, we'll start on Saturday and run through Thursday. Each day will have a different theme, highlighting specific Lonely Prompt indexes. Each day there will be a winner for that day who will get bragging rights and a pretty graphic.
At the end of the week, the person who has written the most prompts will be our grand prize winner. That prize will be based on the total number of prompts written by that person. If the number tops 90, the prize will be 6 months of paid LJ time.
Because of the sheer volume of comments, we will only be counting stories if the author claims them by responding to the day's post with links to their claimed prompts. If everyone would refrain from responding to those comments then each author can edit their responses to add claims as they complete them to make the counting at the end of the day easier on your mods.
So, start thinking about the fun we'll have next week. We'll kick everything off on Saturday with all the details.
