Leverage, Nate/Eliot, watching Eliot sleep was a rare treat

Sorry for the bittersweet :( Less than Perfect 'verse, but should stand alone

Even when things had been perfect, it had been hard to catch Eliot asleep. Now things were... stilted to say the least, and while their falling apart had started before Sophie left, it had been pretty decisively finished by her leaving the continent. It had been an unspoken decision to let things rest a beat, to take a step back and a breath and reassess everything, and that had led to Eliot going home every night rather than making use of Nate's couch, ostensibly so that he could get some decent sleep. Nate didn't think there was enough sleep going on between the two of them to keep a hamster alive
