Yay, congrats on finishing it (to a certain extent) and posting it! :D

Sounds like you had a hard time thinking about it because of canon events. I've been there. I understand. ♥

For NCIS specifically, I fell behind on watching it, and then I heard about Ziva leaving, and I never caught up on it... and then everyone else left, too, one by one...

One of my fannish phrases (rules? mantras?) has become "we ignore the pain that is canon" and we do what we want. ~_^
