Chuck is happy to use the ability for recreational and professional purposes until he runs into someone called Luke.
That doesn't work out.
But he knows that it might somewhere else.
He starts looking, doing multi-dimenstional image searches. He finds an actor named Matt. Taken.
He finds a guy in Texas. But... that whole situation got a little chainsawy.
He finds an art lover who likes to cook and also has quirky friends and wants to take Chuck to Paris. But Chuck figures out that his heart is with the Suit. With Peter (Chuck really has been hanging out with Mozzie too much).
Finally, he finds a universe where things are mostly the same as his own, but he and Bryce never met. He talks to him, but Bryce is colder than Chuck remembers. And that's saying something.
Later, Morgan points out that Chuck was Bryce's only friend. Bryce with no past with Chuck would not be someone worth pursuing.
So Chuck keeps looking. But he's starting to think that it's never going to work.
