I was gonna post another theme but the weather makes it hard to think of anything else. So, the theme for today is heat. Any way you want to interpret that is fine.

FILL: Hot Van on a Summer Day (Eliot/Hardison)

"You have got to stop that," but there was no conviction and no real force in Hardison's voice. Because this might have started out as just a distraction exercise, seeing how each of the team could cope with a variety of distractions, and Nate and Eliot always won, and Hardison always lost. Usually because Parker was there, all pretty and shining and smiling, and that's enough for Hardison. Sometimes, though, sometimes it was Eliot, standing too close, looming large behind him despite being shorter, and Hardison will never understand how that works.

Hardison could swear Eliot actually laughed at his words, breath sending goosebumps over skin that really shouldn't have been able to get chilled, considering they were sitting in a hot van, no air conditioning, middle of a job, with Nate and Sophie and Parker somewhere in the building, and Hardison knew that they really shouldn't have taken the ear buds out. But no one really needs to know what they get up to when he's hacked everything there is to hack and Eliot's hit everything there is
