Call it a day
It's cold as fuck tonight, and after snowing all night I'm supposed to wake up to sleet/freezing rain. No thanks. No amount of weather forecasters cheerily calling such a precipitation nightmare "wintry mix" can improve my mood about it.
So I'm calling it a day, and heading to bed early with a heist movie. I am a total sucker for nearly anything that fits in this genre. Tonight's feature is Snatch. I don't know if it's any good, but at this point, all I'm asking is that it hold my attention while I burrow under the synthetic-hypoallergenic-down and pray for a snow day. I oughta at least get a day off of work for this, right?
PS - Anybody know anything about winter baseball in Puerto Rico? Like when the season starts? Okay, let's face facts: damn few of you even care about regular baseball. Still...
