So President Bush breaks the law (NSA Wiretaps), gets told he must stop doing so, he keeps on doing so saying the whole time that it's in his power. And now he's pressuring congress to approve the NSA to do these wiretaps and make them legal. So if the purpose of this bill is to make them legal... would that mean they're illegal to begin with?
