Been in texas for just over two weeks, lost 6 lbs. Many good runs around the Rice stadium, as soon as my program gets going I'll register for the rec center on campus and go swimming.
Work goes very well. I get to play with liquid helium - operating temperature is just over absolute zero. Hopefully get some nice pictures of my brain this week too. Also trying to get my data analyses done for this other paper I'm working on - oh the work load is already piling up. And my paper is doing well - 46 references, methods and analyses written up. Now just have to do the introduction and discussion.
