Absolutely wonderful! It gave us background on Claire and a history with Peter...everything a beginning chapter needs to have.

I love the cliffhanger as well. :) I can already tell this is going to be an awesome story.

Thanks a lot. I definitely had a lot to try and accomplish with the beginning chapter to give a feel for where Peter and Claire were at after five years (esp. in relation to each other), so I'm glad it turned out well.

I'm happy you liked the cliffhanger too. The unusual thing for this story is that it's a cliffhanger for me too! I'll be interested to see what the next author does with it. :)

*g* Thanks! I am sooo excited about this fic and it was great being able to be the one to start it off and that everyone's loving my contribution so far. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next author resolves the cliffhanger too. I'm not used to writing a cliffhanger and then waiting with everyone else to find out what happens next, lol.

If all of the chapters are this good, then we're in for one amazing fic! I can't wait to see what the next author comes up with! :)

Yeah, unfortunately life has gotten in the way for the two of them. I figured that this situation would give us more to work with and more obstacles to overcome. I'm happy, as tough as the current situation is on Peter and Claire, that you think it was realistic. That's what I always try to go for *g* I can't wait to see what the next author comes up with!

Oh, and "If all of the chapters are this good, then we're in for one amazing fic!"...I'm so flattered!
