this first part of the post is dedicated to jason.
i lost 5 pounds in a week, thanks to the spring break diet. the diet goes as follows: wake up at 10am, get mcdonalds breakfast, lather on the oil and bring out the keg out next to the pool, lay out until you pass out from the combination of sun beer, wake up, eat the hangover away, shower, get dressed, go downtown, beer beer beer, throw up, die, THEN REPEAT.
