That was a fabulous lunch! A toasted bagel - I had butter on mine, Dave had Bertolli olive oil spread, - with smoked salmon from the Isle of Orkney and a delicious soft, creamy cheese hand made on the Isle of Wight. Very yummy!
Dinner tonight will be comfort food - beef burgers with fried eggs in a bap with French fries and a glass of Shepherd-Neame ale. We will then need to decide which TV programmes we are going to sleep through LOL!
