He wasn't stupid. He knew where his daughter spent most of her nights. She was constantly putting her life in danger, just as he does. Except she was Batgirl, not a cop like him. When he finally put it together he wanted to lock her up, but she had a hero's heart. It would only drive her away from him and how could he watch her then. So he kept it to himself and as long as she was one of Gotham's guardians he would be hers. Come what may nothing would become between the bond between father and daughter.
