He knows it's only a matter of self control. He has trained, since he was a child, to perfect his will, mind, and body. His body is in top shape for a man half his age; the threat tonight makes him feel even younger. He has battled intellectual wits with some of the most genius minds in the world and came out winning, but tonight, he knows already, unless he can remaster his self control in this matter, he will be the loser.

There are those who would say that his control is a strong wall through which none can break. But Batman knows better, and so does his opponent this eve. They know he will fall. They know he will crumble and be begging, even if voiceless, before the night is over.

His intentions are right and good. His intentions are pure. But it doesn't matter. Every inch of his training, every minute of his long, long experience, every ounce of his self control are all for naught the moment she arrives on the same roof as he for as the Catwoman takes him in her paws, they both know yet again that, for all his legend, all his training and righteousness, when it comes to her, he's nothing more than putty in the Catwoman's claws.
