Does anyone have any ideas on getting rid of a friend you no longer want in your life? I can't just kill them. That would be wrong.

I have thought about that. But that "talk" is worse than breaking up with a lover. And no..it's not you.:)

it is, but if you're tried the fade out, and it hasn't worked, then your only other options are to just stop talking to the person completely; remove them from your LJ, Facebook and whatever else. Don't respond to emails, don't respond to calls or texts. The problem with that is that, sooner or later, you're gonna see them, and then it's four times harder.

Do you have any mutual friends that can talk to them on your behalf?

Sadly there really isn't anyone I can get to talk to them for me. I did very nearly get rid of them once but then somehow they snuck back in. I guess I should just be a man and suck it up and say something to them. Maybe I could say you totally freak me out and are a little scary and I don't trust you. Also you are ugly and no one likes you.
