Lawful Good: Superman, Batman, Atticus Finch
Lawful Neutral: Gil Grissom, Capt. Jean-Luc Picard, Joe Friday
Lawful Evil: Lex Luthor, Dr. Doom, Darth Vader
Neutral Good: Luke Skywalker, Capt. James T. Kirk, Spider-Man
True Neutral: Swamp Thing, the Spectre, Dream (all DC characters I realize. Huh.)
Neutral Evil: Doctor Octopus, the Master, Tony Soprano
Chaotic Good: Han Solo, Malcolm Reynolds, Thor
Chaotic Neutral: Tyler Durden, Gregory House, Conan the Barbarian
Chaotic Evil: The Joker (kinda the poster boy for CE), Hannibal Lector, Spike
