So, it seems that once the Civil War storyline comes to a close that the rumors regarding the Avengers are true; the team will be splitting into two sepatate units. Whether this is to be more effective or some stress left over from all the infighting, which seems most likely, is the case is unclear. Simiarily they will be under the titles of New Avengers & Mighty Avengers. I'm assuming the former will be headed by those that opposed the superhuman registration act while the latter is clearly made up of those that sided with Shellhead.
It's mildly amusing that Marvel is being so secretive about this that the descriptions for a number of the titles have a SHIELD sticker over them that reads: This information has been classified by the Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage Logistics Directorate. Go figure!
The lineup looks pretty choice although I'm a bit fuzzy on one of them. My best guess is that the guy in the gladiator style outfit, sporting the big weapons, is that Thor clone they made. It seems unlikely they'd let such a potentially explosive character like that go away so easily. Still, that's just a guess really.
The thing I found particularly interesting is this:
