last night was da cute
yesterday my aunt jolyn came over for "family game night". first we made CHOCOLATE GRAVY(!) that was like a tradition in my family (straight back from oklahoma). my greatgrandma would make it for all the kids in the family, and the last time my dad had it, he was 8...so, they hadn't had it in literally 34 years, and so we decided it was time to bring the gravy back to life (: it was surely delicious and i was forced to memorize the recipe, "now joni, you need to remember this because you are the youngest...so you'll be the last one cooking!" then we played Family Feud and Cranium<3. it was good kicks. the highlight of the night was when my mom had to be Celine Dion(!) hahahah..anywho- family game nights should definately be a constant call for an Okey gathering.
