Someone sent me a shooting star tonight.
I was sitting in my backyard with a candle lit just to remember everyone who died two years ago today. I wrote a note to everyone who was killed in the attacks, and burned it and let the smoke carry the message...
As I was sitting there, it was completely quiet... and all of a sudden I swore I heard someone behind me. I turned around to see, and no one was there. But as I look, I happen to glance up at the sky and this enormous BLUE shooting star comes streaking across the sky... I'd never seen anything like it in my life. It was gicantic, and just a bright blue flame shooting through the sky. At first I didnt know what it was, but it burned up right before my eyes. It was so beautiful.
