Breaking the thumb
Jovi can stand by herself for a few minutes at a time, one time she placed her left foot forward but that was it. Yesterday morning she was standing up and she sat down, at the same time she farted and started laughing at herself.
We are now trying to break her of the habit of sticking her thumb in her mouth. She doesn't suck on her thumb just places it in her mouth as a comfort thing. She's done it since she was 5 mths old. Her teeth rub up against the skin of her hand and gives her a permenant rash it seems. I've been given a suggestion of putting cinnamon oil on her thumb to stop her from placing it in her mouth. Any other suggestions?
