(no subject)
Yesterday was pretty sweet. I went to my job interview and that was fun. I was sort of nervous but I was trying to be cool. Then I went over to the Mac Store and bought my PowerBook. The girls in there are totally sweet but this one guy, Jeff something was a total jerk to me. I really didn't appreciate it considering I was buying such an expensive computer from him. I need to go back over there sometime today and get an airport card. This computer is hard to get used to. I've never had a Mac beofore. All I've had is PCs before now.
Anyway. Yesterday evening I went over to my tennis lesson and that was pretty fun. I'm sooooo sore now though. That was the first real physical stuff I've done since season ended. I didn't get real out of breath or anything like that, I'm just real sore. The lesson went until 8:30 and then some of the girls asked me to stay after with them and play with them. They're going to be sophomores but they've never played tennis before and wanted to play with someone who had some experiece. It was pretty fun. We just rallied around untill about 9:30
I don't have a lot planned for today other than picking up my card. I have my Astronomy Club meeting. I'm getting so irritated. Max, the vice president never shows up for meetings because hes a flake and now Monica, the president doesn't come either because of her job. So, I'm doing both their jobs but I'm still not some form of president. None of the other members ever come either because they are all flakey. So pretty much Ms. Moe, Jean, and I come. Thats it. Thats the club. Anyway. I need to figure out some way to squeeze a 5 foot telescope into the back of my Volkswagen so I can get it to the meeting. Last time I had to take it we still had Amanda's Honada Accord hatchback. But seeing as that has been sold I need to work with what I have.
