Be Patient
It was a long wait for my friend's in Germany to confirm about my international sponsorship status for his Amway business with the HQ. I am not sure is it their culture do things slow.
During this period we did chat online and exchange info about the products. I am glad that without the help from his local sponsor, he is doing well.
Last Sunday attended a motivation talk in Penang. The talk was good and I am glad that we have an opportunity pay 老师 a visit at her house and also spoke to her after the meeting.
As a human we need continual encouragement in order to motivate ourself. Although my Amway business did not pick up at this moment, but I felt that I had grown up a lot in the area of patient and forgiveness.
Direct selling is a very relational kind of business, we face different people each day, we have to accept the way they behave and the way they do things. I believe there is more room for me to grow.
