I've only been home since Thursday and I've already started wreaking havoc.
Instead of taking a loaf of bread out of the fridge, I managed to knock over a tub of double cream which promptly spread all over the floor like some horrible slinky white devil. Out kitchen is already stained to hell and back (I think we still have moss growing in the window frames) but I'm really worried that it's going to go and smell bad and I am going to get in an awful lot of trouble.
Anyone know how to get double cream out of carpet? Google didn't turn up much (just cream carpets) so I'm going to try it with bicarbonate of soda tomorrow while my Dad's out on a walk, and maybe white vinegar and lemon juice because they tend to fix everything.
Any ideas would be moe than welcome, I'm despairing at the moment ;___;
