"Nao, are you sure about this?" Saga asked cautiously, glancing at the lop-sided bunny ears that were sat upon the drummer's head.

"But we're on holiday, and a fancy-dress party is always fun!" He had replied, chipper as he always was, "We can play games! And karaoke!"

"Karaoke? Y'know Shou's just going to show us all up. What's the point?"

"Aww," Nao pouted and leaned forwards to jab Saga's forehead, "but where's the fun in that? There isn't any! I swear you're just sore from losing last time."

With that he began to skip away, leaving Saga with a bundle of fabric in his arms. For a moment he paused, turned back, and grinned.

"Tell you what, you can sing first!"

And that was how Saga had ended up in a blue and white dress that made him look remarkably like a young Victorian girl. Right now he hated Nao with a passion. He knew how nervous Saga was about his singing voice; they all did, and he didn't think that it was fair to be put on the spot like that. Not least when he was dressed up in such a ridiculous costume.

He was exploring the resort's garden, practicing quietly to himself and hoping he wouldn't bump into anyone that would accuse him of being a cross-dresser, when he noticed a figure rushing about. It was Hiroto, and from the looks of it he'd been captured and redesigned by Nao as well; in a bright red waistcoat with shiny brass buttons and that pair of bunny ears clipped to his head. And he didn't walk, no, he hopped along like both of his feet had been tied together. Every now and then he'd lose his balance and fall flat on his face.

"Pon, what may I ask are you doing?" Saga stood up, and hurried over to where Hiroto was trying to scramble to his feet.

"Oh dear! Oh dear!" He exclaimed, flustered, and hopped along some more before reaching into his waistcoat and taking out a round pocket watch. "I'm so late; I swear the Queen will kill me!" Tears began to well up in his eyes, and he wailed as he slipped the watch back into his pocket.

"Calm down, calm down," Saga called after him as he hurried to catch up, surprised that Hiroto could move so fast even though he was simply hopping, "what are you late for? And who on earth is the queen?"

Pon did not reply, but instead let out a large yelp as he tripped over while attempting to hop up an incline, and then vanished. It was a rabbit hole, and a rather large one at that. Saga crawled inside a little way to see if he could find Hiroto, and discovered that the corridor soon opened up with enough for him to stand. He walked slowly, trying to keep track of his steps, but it wasn't long before found himself lost amongst the net of tunnels.

"Hiroto, are you really a little bunny? Did you build all this?" Saga sighed as he ran his hands along the cool earth walls, wondering if he was ever going to find a way out of this maze. Instead, he found himself in its centre.

It was a room, a proper room with plastered walls and a tiled floor. In the centre was an ornate glass table. Saga drummed his fingers on its clear surface as he picked up a packet of cookies. He wasn't hungry but stuffed them into the pocket of his dress in case he later became peckish, and turned to the bottle of wine. Saga liked wine, and this bottle liked him because it was offering itself to him. 'Drink me! Drink me!' its shiny label screamed, and Saga was more than happy to comply.

Pulling off the stopper, he took a deep swig and smacked his lips happily, before realising that the thick liquid was burning his throat. The sensation should have been painful, but the strange feeling in his skin overshadowed it. It felt like it was becoming too big, as if his body was shrinking and it couldn't catch up. He closed his eyes, wondering if it would all go away, and once he opened them he discovered that he had, indeed, shrunk. Right down to the size of a guitar pick.

Everything seemed so much more different down here. There was a curtain. He'd previously mistaken it for a mouse hole and not given it a seconds glance, but as he drew closer and moved the rich velvet folds apart he revealed a heavy wooden door. The key was still there, sat shining in the keyhole. Curiosity took the greater hold of Saga's mind. And so, he unlocked the door, and stepped through into the heart of wonderland.
