I do love some aspect of winter:
I dont mind the cold (well only what it does to your skin, but i have that same problem in summer). I adore snow and iceskating.

Furthermore I love nothern lights, which we hardly have in NL, but for the rest I dont like october, november and december.

So extremely tired the whole day. I hate travelling to work or home when it is dark. And I hate the rain too that comes with winter. I detest it. It gives me a depressed mood. I only care for sleeping. In summer I can easily get up at 6, now I have difficulty to be at work at 7 (which I have failed to do so the past month). With weather like this I only want to do nice and fun things, but dont know with whom and what. :(

Will spend the holiday with my family, but not really looking forward to it. Previous years were so boring. My dad is sitting at his room making music, my mum is whining about everything and treating me as if I am a 6-year old. My brother is always busy and sis and her boyfriend are moody. Am esp. dreading new years eve with mum and dad. Dad will watch telly whole night and mum is trying to stuff me with lots of food, so I feel a little better.... Have no idea what else to do. Everyone is away, busy or has other plans.

So, yes I would like to join your lair. Wake me up when it is spring or so....

It's amazing how many people dislike this time of year. I'm still toying with the idea to start a political party that will promote the idea of hibernation. I'm sure I'd get votes.

I'm spending Christmas with the parents of a good friend, which might actually be nice. And for New Year's, I'm off to London. So that bit will be ok. It's just all the other bits... urgh.
