Art Help Wanted
I'm posting too much today. That means I'm not studying enough.
I want new art in my house. I now have two Ikea posters, viz., I have the same things on the wall as about 50% of the world's population. Time for a change, I want something more personal, something more artistic.
I like colourful pictures, which I think is fine, because I have mostly black & white furniture. I've picked the following and I'd love your opinions. Should I, or shouldn't I order these:
These two by Hundertwasser to go over the sofa.
And this one by Sophie Harding to go over my dining table. That wall is pink, I think that would set it off nicely.
I also adore more classic art, like the Pre-Raphaelites (oh, Ophelia by Millais! Or The Lady of Shalotte by Waterhouse!) but they wouldn't look very nice with my modern furniture, I think.
