I'm frying eggs. It's 10.30 pm. This... is not usual. Neither is it what I really crave, for some odd reason...

Does anyone know how to poach an egg?

ETA: that  "hungry" icon is seriously creepy.

ETA 2: The fried eggs were really nice. But I still want to know how to poach an egg.
