Coincidence?
I had a strange encounter just a moment ago. Over a video game.
Ok, I play world of warcraft, yes Ashley, I am a geek who plays world of warcraft. :P So my character's name is Achilles, so of course other people make many variations of this name (two people can't have the same character name). I was playing today and I get a message from someone. It's a girl who says "If Josh is there, tell him...I'm sorry, but I don't want to be his girlfriend anymore. If he actually gives a fuck he can call me."
So of course I'm confused, but people have messed up my name before, so I told her that she's got the wrong Achilles. So then she apologizes and goes on to tell me how she's been in a relationship for over 2 years and that her boyfriend cares more about WoW than her.
Naturally I do my thing where I find out as much information as I can and offer advice, but this Josh kid is a real ass it seems, cause she called him and he told her to "shut the fuck up, bitch." I tell her to give Josh one last chance to put her above WoW or she's gone. Later, the girl tries to talk to him again and he dumps her. Right there.
Fuck.
Well I told her she was better off, better people out there, blah blah blah. I can only imagine how shitty she must have felt. But what could I do? I didn't even know this person and I felt bad for her.
She went to lay down and logged off immedaitely after that. I logged as well.
Coincidence? Just my little story of the day.
