jenny-brain strikes again!
College Boy didn't message me back. However, I did forget that he's out of town this weekend so I'm probably going to look like an ass when he's all "oh, sorry I didn't message you back, I was out of town." Duh. I knew that.
Anyway, my sister and I will be driving up(Grandma's letting her borrow her car, so Grandma's paying for gas!), hopefully with lots of magazines and junk food. Maybe we'll get subs from Wegmans on our way there for lunch and pack a cooler, although stopping at one of those Burger King/TCBY/Mrs Fields rest stop places is definitely my favorite part of ANY road trip.
I went out to dinner with my dad and aunt and uncle and my Chess CD that my aunt got me for my birthday came in, so she brought that with her and now I have new shiny! I haven't listened to it, though. Grandma's car doesn't have a CD player, so I don't think we can listen to it, but at least Cait won't assault me musically with her delightful mix of country and Spanish music that she listens to. Hee-hee. Grandma's car has a tape deck, I think. I haven't seen a cassette tape in...forever. She JUST got a DVD player like a couple years ago. Oh, Grandma. Hee-hee. She's always borrowing movies from me, and my tastes are very...eclectic, so I have to always find some that she'll enjoy. And it's difficult. She's so cute, she rents DVDs from the library. I should do that. It's probably cheaper than BUYING a DVD at Target. And I think you can rent CDs, too, but that's weird. I would rather just buy one, because then it's MINE!
