My daddy left for Italy today. :( He'll be gone for three weeks. I'm very excited for him because he's been looking forward to this, for like, a year, but at the same time, I will miss having somebody cook for me once a week and getting treated to movies and popcorn! *sadface*

Aww! I like this show! I need something light and fun to keep me busy until FNL comes back. If it makes it until January, I'll watch FNL live(of course) and this show online on Saturday night. Elizabeth Reaser is awesome and I like the supporting cast a lot. It was a good pilot in terms of getting the ball rolling on the series, but I would have liked a little more character development. It's also kind of a little weird in terms of timeslot, because it's A, not a cop/crime show, and b, it's in between "Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs". So we have a supernatural-esque show, a fluffy dramedy and a crime show. I guess it's the old "something for everyone" mentality, but would work better with "How I Met Your Mother" or "Old Christine". I'm usually not a huge fan of musical timeslots, but if this changed, I wouldn't mind it.

Don't get me wrong, I like the show a lot, I'm just worried about its survival. Already. *bites nails* And FNL comes priority in January, and I'm SO CONFLICTED! I really can't see "11th Hour" lasting, so hopefully they'll move it to Thursdays after that gets canceled and I can watch it after "The Office". Because the single girl-gang who get together for martinis and watch Grey's will be looking for something else to watch. Right?

In completely unrelated news, this song reminds me of my ex. *sigh*
