Myojo, July 2013 Takaki's Private Life Translation
As promised~ Here's Takaki's portion :3
He talks about his trips that he takes on his own and about his fishing adventures x)

Yuya’s Private Life:
►I’ve been fishing since I was little. At times when I got old enough to realize what happened around me I’d go to the beach near my house and fish. That’s why even now as an adult I love the sea. Recently I’ve taken my friends that like fishing along with me. I’m not that familiar with it to be perfect at it, so I leave it all to them. There are lots of places where fish appear constantly but that day we thought about how many catches there would be so we always had bait prepared. We had things like bugs and worm for bait. Instead of riding fishing boats, we often fish freely on breakwaters (T/N: barriers built into the sea to protect the coast or harbor from waves) and sandy beaches to our heart’s content. We might generally be there for about 3 to 4 hours…Oh, that’s right. While we wait, we eat our lunches bought from the convenience store. They’re extremely good (laughs) we really enjoy them!
Among all the fish that we catch, the ones that get me really excited when I catch them are the scabbard fish and my favorite, the whiting fish. We don’t sell the fish that we catch, so instead we always give them to my friend’s mom.
►When it comes to picking a traveling destination, I pick something freely. I’ll be driving on the freeway and I’ll pick based off my mood. “I’ll get off here today” and decide to take that exit. There are times when I think that certain souvenirs that my friends give me are delicious, so I go to where they got them. Before today, I went all the way to Yamanashi to idle around. I went inside a hot spring, went to a farm and ate their famous hot dogs, I really enjoyed myself♪
Once noon came along, I got hungry so I searched on my phone for nearby restaurants. At the restaurant I found, I ordered a “Bacon Steak”. I was overwhelmed and surprised by the volume of it! For sure, that thickness was about 3 cm. The moment they set it down on the table: “WOAH! Amazinggg!!”
I was impressed. At the same time though I thought “I’m definitely not finishing this” and I got a scared sensation (laughs) In the end, my prediction came true and I couldn't finish everything on my plate.
